5 things you may be doing that sabotage your goals

I had a phone call today with someone who took one of the last spaces in my Bring your Vision to Life workshop.

She had a great question for me – so I wanted to pass it on to you.

She asked, “what would you say are the top 5 things people do that sabotage their goals?”

I wasn’t expecting that on a Monday afternoon!  But it drew out some interesting facts about the mistakes we make that can leave us feeling disappointed. So, here they are:

1 – They don’t address the natural tendency of the unconscious mind to generate thousands of thoughts based on past experiences that will sabotage dreams and goals. This is a key thing that successful people and elite athletes address. (I’ll show you how to do this).

2 – They haven’t learned to implement processes that utilize the full capacity of the mind and body to bring powerful momentum behind their desires. (You can discover how to do this).

3 – They’re stuck in the subtle but demoralizing paradigm that once I have, change or achieve something then I’ll be happy, which results in a hurried push towards success instead of a nurturing pull towards fulfilling your purpose. (I’ll show you how to shift this paradigm).

4- They miss the first and most powerful step of any goal setting strategy which is the acknowledgment of your unique talents and qualities. This ensures you’re on the right path and that the energy, attitude, and momentum towards your goals can be maintained.

5- They don’t realize that it only takes a small amount of time each day to actively ensure that you maintain momentum towards your dreams and goals (I’ll give you all the tools you need to achieve this).

Anyway, I hope that helps. After all, you’re important, so whether your dreams are big or small they’re important!

Contact me if you’ve had enough of feeling disappointed by your goals and are ready for a year of inspired change and I’ll let you know when my next workshop is.

Until then!
