Meditation and mindful living
Increase optimism and productivity in the work place, reduce levels of anxiety, stress and depression, improve concentration, memory and problem solving. The evidence is now overwhelming and well documented by research, demonstrating that regular practice of meditation can greatly enhance your ability to relax and enjoy life.
I teach a form of meditation called Integrative Restoration® in a way that is practical, simple and profound. Not only will your team learn why it’s so beneficial to live mindfully they will take home skills that will positively enhance their lives and will be applicable both personally and professionally.
All meditation courses come with a written manual and seven audio meditations to use at home.
Conscious Confidence and Self Esteem
Understand the origins and reasons why we suffer from anxiety, fear and stress leading to lack of confidence and cultivate a positive, confident, calm outlook on life.
During this course participants learn a series of practical and simple processes to identify thoughts and beliefs that can be destructive. Participants learn practical and repeatable skills and techniques that enable them to stay on a positive and esteemed path. They will take home a tool kit to help them manage difficult emotions, face challenging circumstances, deepen their inner resilience, achieve goals with calm composure and access more of their potential.
Yoga and Pilates
Pilates helps enhance your core strength, mobility, posture and balance. It also promotes inner physical awareness and helps the body move with holistic efficiency enhancing feelings of physical and mental wellbeing. When you carry what you learn from Pilates into your every-day activities, you will be amazed at the difference.
Yoga brings stability to the body and mind through a series of postures, during which the breath facilitates concentration, inward reflection and ease of movement. Yoga helps strengthen your bones and muscles, correct posture, improve breathing, release stress and increase your energy. It is a highly developed system of mind body exercise designed to tune the body and mind to optimal health.
Workshops are individual, carefully planned and professionally run. All teaching is supported by informative manuals.
