Energise your mind, body and soul with an hour of Flow

Flow is an hour long class combining Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Relaxation and Meditation. It is holistic in nature and deeply restorative.

I invite you to experience mindful movement on your mat and integrate the benefits into your life. I have many years of experience teaching Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes. My focus these days is helping women who want to experience more than just exercise and enjoy a class that is truly tailored to your needs and address’s total well-being.

Ruth has a strong knowledge of the body and how to keep it in shape but more importantly knows how to help us connect to our deeper selves and quiet our minds both through exercise and meditation.


Where: Phoenix Park Library, 26 Rob Roy Road, Malvern East

When: Wednesdays – 9.30am – 10.30am

How much: Ten Class Pass $180, Casual $22

Please wear layered comfortable clothing, no shoes are necessary, mats and all equipment used are provided although you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish. There is plenty of parking available in the Library car park.

In this class you will focus on building the foundations of a strong core and spine with a balanced and flexible body through gentle Yoga and Pilates exercises.

How will this help you? By improving agility, balance, core strength and flexibility you gain freedom of movement enabling you to engage in the activities you enjoy, physical vitality giving you more energy in your day and strength and poise enabling you to fully engage in life.

You will unravel layers of disconnection between mind and body and learn to deeply relax leading to a more conscious and embodied state.

When you move mindfully and integrate deep relaxation and meditation into your life you benefit physically, mentally and emotionally. The body feels vital and strong, which is liberating, the mind clear and focused, which is empowering and the emotions calm and composed which is reassuring.
