This course is open to everyone and will be especially helpful for parents managing the lead up to VCE exams!

You will enjoy immersing yourself in your practice in the peaceful, warm surroundings of my meditation studio in Ashburton where you can settle in a comfy chair, sit on a meditation stool or lie on the floor. No need to be able to sit cross legged!!!

You will receive written and audio material to support your practice and on-going drop in meditation groups are available on completion of the introductory course.
